The first TWAR of 2022Hey there good people,It is hard to believe that we are here now in 2022. We made it! As we start off the new year, we have some exciting news to share with you in many areas of your church. This year will most likely be one filled with many adaptations to new and currently unforeseen circumstances, but I know there is much that the Spirit has for us. Today we want to give you some of the opportunities that are fast approaching. Before we get to those, I want to turn it over to Pastor Sam with a Covid update for corporate worship. – Pastor Doug
Considering the Omicron COVID spike, we will be taking responsive measures to minimize the virus’ impact on our community and to adapt to the ever-evolving post-COVID world. We are reinstating the mask mandate for all the kids (<2 y.o. excluded) in RKM and for all ambassadors working in children’s ministry, regardless of vaccination status. Mask use is encouraged in other areas as well, as is the recommended social distancing. We encourage increased use of the café during our gatherings in this season! Considering the most recent medical findings, we continue to encourage vaccination. The vaccination offers some protection against the spread of the Omicron variant, with the booster offering significantly more. Vaccination dramatically reduces the incidence of severe complications. Over the holiday, we got a network upgrade, and now free WiFi is accessible to everyone. Sign-in will allow for improved contact tracing. Please continue to let us know if you have tested positive for the virus so that we can pray with you and pass the information on for precautionary purposes. We love you all and continue to thank the Lord for His wisdom and guidance in navigating these unprecedented times. He has been so faithful to bless our church through this season, and we have every confidence that He will continue to show His favor to all of us in this new year.- Pastor Sam

Mask is the self we present to the world. When we take off our mask, we allow people to edify us in love.What is freedom? It’s discovering your authentic self and design in an environment that promotes Christ and His purpose for your life. We are having our first marriage conference. While we will have more details about the topics, speakers, etc… in the coming weeks, we wanted to give you the opportunity to reserve your spot today. This is going to be a powerful time of encouragement and growth for your marriage. This two-day event will begin at 7:00p on Friday, February 4th, and conclude at 2:30p on Saturday, February 5th. Breakfast and Lunch are provided on Saturday, February 5th. Childcare is NOT provided.
